Adelaide Sound Connection Inc.

News:
In December 2008 Adelaide Sound Connection capped off a fulfilling and busy year, taking second place in the Battle of the Choirs organised through the Adelaide City Council. This completes a year in which we won the Most Improved Chorus award at the national Sweet Adelines Convention in Hobart in May 2008 as well as First Prize for a Community Choir at the Adelaide Eisteddfod in June 2008.

Based in Adelaide, South Australia, Adelaide Sound Connection is an 'a capella' women's chorus, which through education, training and support provides the opportunity for singing in four part harmony with expression and energy.

There is ongoing focus on vocal education and personal growth of members, and the provision of high quality entertainment performances within the community.

Affiliated with Sweet Adelines International, Adelaide Sound Connection is allied with 27 similar choruses across Australia - the Southern Cross Region.

Sweet Adelines has an international membership of nearly 27,000 women, with choruses from all over the globe.
