We are an all-female A Cappella choir in Adelaide, and we love to sing and have fun! We take our singing seriously, but if you love to sing, we would love to welcome you to our friendly group! We strive to do our best with our singing, whilst having fun with our learning.

If you can hold a tune and are willing to learn with us, then chances are there is a place with us for you! And being a member of Adelaide Sound Connection is about more than just singing – we love getting together each week for fun, friendship and a lot of laughs!
We rehearse on Tuesday evenings in a hall at 44 Fourth Ave, St Peters (Adelaide), from 6.45pm to 9pm. You are welcome to come along as our guest for a night, to have a go and find out what we are about. Listen as we sing four-part a cappella harmony and join us for a sing and a chat. We could be the style of singing you have been looking for!

What are the benefits?
Do I need to read music?
No, it is not essential; we provide learning tracks to assist in the learning process.
Do I need to be a trained singer?
No, we provide ongoing vocal education and training from highly qualified local and national coaches.
How much does it cost?
Guests pay $10 per week to cover 2 hours of vocal tuition, plus music and learning materials. Once a member, fees are $50 per month.
Can I come and try?
You are welcome to visit at a rehearsal for free.

WHO IS ADELAIDE SOUND CONNECTION?
We specialise in the Barbershop style and other A Cappella four-part harmony singing.
The Chorus draws women singers from across the metropolitan area of Adelaide, South Australia. There's plenty of fun and laughter at our rehearsals, but we take our singing seriously and strive for continual improvement in vocal and performance skills - in a supportive and encouraging environment.
You don't need to be an experienced singer to join. We will support you to audition so that you can become a member. What you need is an ability to sing in tune and a willingness to learn. We sing 'a cappella' (without musical accompaniment) in four-part harmony. Each new singer is placed in one of the 4 sections by assessing where they feel comfortable singing. There's plenty of support and education as you start to sing with the chorus and you will become a better singer and performer than you ever dreamed you could be.
